What type of coating is used on this product, is it durable?
Industrial Grade PVD Electro Colouring System (PVD) - Physical Vapour Deposition- This is an extremely durable coating, far superior to a powder-coated coating.
Can this shower head come from the ceiling / roof?
Yes you will need to purchase either a shower arm (if coming from wall) or a shower dropper (if coming from the ceiling) both options are fully compatible with this showerhead.
Can this product be used externally / outside?
ABI's warranty does not cover external use due to the coatings being put under much harsher conditions and UV light. However, the structural integrity of the Showerhead would be fine.
Can the shower head be tilted?
The Shower Head Round is designed to spray directly downwards. However, the ball joint enables the shower head to tilt up or down if desired.

This shower head is great! Lovely solid quality, looks stylish and provides a beautiful rain head shower experience. It far surpasses my previous high quality, UK-made nickel shower head (that cost nearly 10 times the price of the Dana shower head!) which I replaced as it did not work well with standard Australian water pressure. The Dana product works beautifully. I'm ordering another one for our second bathroom. Also the product arrived well-packaged and very quickly.
