Longevity
Our products are created from durable, long-lasting materials that support design sustainability. We select metal over plastic components where structurally possible.
As a result, our products have a longer life cycle and are less likely to require replacements — a testament to this is our 25-year structural warranty.
Water Efficiency
We embrace innovation in our design practices to achieve high water efficiency, such as leveraging sensor technology. We also include flow restrictors within our products to control water usage.
Many of our products have a 5-star or over WELS rating to ensure water efficiency. This provides peace of mind for our customers’ bills while being kinder to the environment.
Cleaner Manufacturing
We offer innovative products within our range constructed from greener metals, such as 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel, which are energy efficient and contain no lead.
The lead contained in our brass-constructed products is well below the required standard, and we are working towards eradicating it by the target year of 2025.
The majority of our hardware is coloured using Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) technology which is more energy efficient and is devoid of harmful waste.
Our efficiently designed packaging protects product integrity and uses recyclable materials where possible.
