Product Survey Promotion Terms & Conditions

The Promoter is ABI Interiors Limited (NZBN 94 290 477 870 63) of Home Ideas, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland 1010 – Telephone (09) 801 0908.

The Promoter sells household fixtures and fittings online and in New Zealand through retail outlets.

Entries for the competition commence at 12:00pm (NZST) on Friday 27th June 2025 and close at 12:00pm (NZST) on Wednesday 27th August 2025.

(a) To be eligible for the competition, entrants must be an individual over the age of 18 years, an New Zealand Resident and accept these Terms and Conditions.

(b) Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating retailers and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

(a) To enter the competition, entrants must complete the Promoter's survey through the link on the order confirmation page or the link sent to the entrant’s email address.

(b) Entries are submitted by completing the product survey.

(c) Only one entry per entrant will be accepted.

(d) For an entry to be valid, the entrant must enter their correct email address when completing the product survey.

Random Prize Draw

One prize will be awarded to a randomly drawn entrant. A $1,000 gift voucher for ABI Interiors (valid in accordance with the Promoter’s gift voucher terms and conditions from the date of issue) will be awarded to the winner.

(a) Prizes are non-transferrable.

(b) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

(c) Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.

(a) The Prize winner will be drawn at at Home Ideas, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland 1010 at 9:00am (NZST) on 27th August 2025 via a random draw app which is a random draw from people who submitted the product survey.

(b) The winning entries will be determined by an employee of the Promoter (the Judge) and shall be chosen from all entries received.

(c) The Judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw outcome or procedure.

(d) The announcement of the winners shall take place at 3:00pm on the date of the draw at Home Ideas, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland 1010.

(e) The Promoter will notify the winner by email to the email address associated with the winners survey submission.

(f) Details of the winners will be included on https://www.abiinteriors.co.nz/survey-competition-terms-conditions/ from 3:00pm on the date of the draw for a minimum period of 4 weeks. 

(g) If the winner has not redeemed the prize, or is otherwise unable to be contacted, by 3:00pm 7 business days after the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be redrawn at 4:00pm on that day at Home Ideas, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland 1010.

(h) The prize must be redeemed through email: [email protected] or phone: (09) 801 0908 by 11:00am on the date that is 7 Business Days after the date of the draw.

(a) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize.

(b) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.

(c) All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to display the entries on abiinteriors.co.nz and in any promotional material relating to the program.

(a) The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ), including the Information Privacy Principles by entering into the promotion the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://www.abiinteriors.co.nz/privacy-policy/

(b) An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter upon request to the Promoter.
