Circular stepping stones lead to the front entry, where timber battens embrace the home's crisp white facade. To the left, a grand 50-year-old olive tree makes a striking first impression, infusing the landscape with a timeless Mediterranean charm.

A triumph of modern coastal interior design, Ostani House is thoughtfully crafted for the outdoor-loving family. Bathed in natural light, the foyer showcases the soaring ceilings and herringbone floors consistently carried throughout. 

It also offers a glimpse of the European-inspired internal courtyard at the heart of the home — centred around a second mature olive tree. Down the hallway are three generously sized bedrooms, including a guest suite with an ensuite, plus a powder room and a spacious main bathroom.

Brushed nickel tapware from our Namika collection was selected for each bathroom in Ostani House, adding a subtle textural element to the calm, coastal scheme. With its delicate reeding, Namika effortlessly elevates everyday tasks — whether turning the tap or opening drawers and cupboards — into a tactile, sensory experience.

In the main bathroom, it’s combined with intricate Kit Kat tiles, a fluted freestanding bath, and smooth Boston Oak cabinetry to add visual depth to the minimalist, neutral palette.

The laundry carries the modern coastal interior design aesthetic through muted seafoam green Kit Kat tiles, brushed nickel fixtures, and matching oak cabinetry — a seamless fusion of texture and tone.

Overlooking the courtyard, a second living area features internal cavity sliding doors that allow it to be used as a cinema room, formal living room, or quiet home office.

Subtle curves blend seamlessly with clean lines as you enter the airy, open-plan living and dining area, highlighted by its pitched ceiling. A curved sofa and built-in fireplace carve out a dedicated space for relaxation and conversation.

Enriched with natural stone, warm Boston Oak cabinetry, and contemporary pendant lighting, the kitchen's neutral palette feels bright yet cosy. 

Texture is again introduced through the fluted detailing around the island, which features our stylish yet functional stainless steel Elysian Commercial Pull-Out Kitchen Mixer.

An entertainer’s dream, the open-plan kitchen and living area are perfectly positioned between the courtyard and outdoor space, creating a seamless flow for social gatherings.

Expansive windows line this central hub, inviting abundant natural light while offering panoramic views that enhance the home's airy, open feel.

Tucked away from the home’s bustling communal areas, the primary suite offers a private retreat with a spacious walk-in robe, a built-in makeup vanity, and sheer S-fold blinds that draw back to reveal serene views of the swimming pool.

The elegant ensuite revisits the brushed nickel Namika ribbed tapware and neutral Kit Kat tiles featured in the main bathroom, elevating the space with a double vanity and a spacious shower for two.
