The main floor of the house seamlessly encompasses the entryway, lounge, dining, and kitchen into a cohesive open-plan layout, differentiated only by varying levels.

Notably, the upper level showcases unique micro-cement flooring; its intricate patterns are inspired and actually crafted by palm fronds discovered on the property.
