We recommend contacting a licensed tradesperson to install your mirror and a qualified electrician for the wiring installation (refer to the installation guide for more comprehensive details). Please note, we do not take responsibility if the mirror is not installed into an adequate wall structure.
Can the mirror be mounted on the vanity instead of the wall?
Yes, this can be mounted on a vanity; however, it is the installer's responsibility to secure it in place.
What colour temperature is the LED light?
Our LED light is 4000K warm temperature.
Are the fixings included?
Yes, wall fixing brackets, fixing screws, and wall plugs are included to easily mount your mirror in your desired location.
Are there any considerations when mounting within a steel frame home?
For installation into steel frame homes, the carpenter may need to use fixing screws appropriate for steel.
What should I use to regularly clean tumbled aged brass without affecting its finish?
To clean aged brass without affecting the tarnish, use mild dish soap and warm water. Gently scrub the brass with a soft cloth or sponge, rinse it thoroughly, and dry it with a microfibre cloth to prevent water spots.
