What is the best way to clean the towel rail to maintain its finish?
Answer: We recommend that you regularly clean the towel rail with mild liquid detergent or soap and water. Don’t use cream cleaners or bleach as these substances are abrasive. Also, please avoid using cleaning pads with abrasive surfaces as this may scratch the material.
Can this product be used externally/outside?
Answer: ABI’s warranty does not cover external use due to the coatings being put under much harsher conditions and UV light. However, the structural integrity of the Towel Rail would be fine.
Can the Elysian Single Towel Rail be used in the laundry as a hanging rail?
Answer: Yes, providing added versatility, the towel rail is also suitable as a handy rail for hanging your clothes in your laundry too. We recommend using non-metal coat hangers to avoid damaging the product.
