1. Promoter

The Promoter for this competition is ABI Interiors Limited (NZBN 94 290 477 870 63) of Suite 10074, 17b Farnham Street, Parnell Auckland 1052 (Telephone (09) 801 0908).

2. Promotional Period

Entries for the competition:
(a) commence at 9:00am (NZST) on Saturday, 9th May 2026; and
(b) close at 11.59pm (NZST) on Friday, 15th May 2026 (Promotional Period).

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for the competition, entrants must
(a) be an individual over the age of 18 years;
(b) be a New Zealand Resident; and
(c) accept these terms and conditions; and
(d) not be employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, participating retailers or associated agencies.

4. Entering the competition

4.1 To enter the competition, entrants must:

(a) satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 3 (Eligibility);
(b) attend the Auckland ABI Showroom during the Promotional Period;
(c) make a purchase (or multiple purchases) during the Promotional Period at the Auckland ABI Showroom or online via a quote generated at the Auckland ABI Showroom;
(d) complete the competition entry form; and
(e) agree to accept email marketing from ABI.

4.2 Each entrant may make multiple eligible purchases during the Promotional Period, however, regardless of the number of purchase orders made, only one entry per purchaser will be entered into the draw.

5. The Prize

(a) One winner will win the Prize.
(b) The Prize consists of a refund of the price paid for the total eligible purchase/s made during the Promotional Period, up to the value of $5,000, which will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Prize Conditions

(a) One entry is considered per person.
(b) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
(c) ABI’s Change of Mind Policy (https://www.abiinteriors.co.nz/returns-change-of-mind-policy/) does not apply to products in a purchase order that are the subject of the Prize; ABI may elect to exchange such a product for change of mind at ABI’s absolute discretion.
(d) The Prize will be automatically awarded to the winner/s by way of a full refund of the Eligible Order/s to the payment method associated with the relevant order/s; where the winner has paid with cash, ABI will transfer the amount to a nominated bank account of the winner/s.
(e) Where the winner has made multiple Eligible Order/s during the Promotional Period, the Prize will be applied to the cumulative value of all such orders (up to the maximum Prize value for each individual winner of $5,000 NZD).
(f) The Prize is not transferable, cannot be shared with other purchasers or applied to orders made outside the Promotional Period (including future orders), or orders that are otherwise ineligible and may not be redeemed for cash (except where the entrant’s original payment method was cash).
(g) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
(h) Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
(i) Incomplete or indecipherable entries may be deemed invalid.

7. Prize Draw

7.1 Prize Draw

(a) The winner will be drawn at random at the ABI Showroom, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland 1010, New Zealand at 12:00 pm (NZST) on Tuesday, 19th May 2026.
(b) The announcement of the winner/s shall take place at 1:00 pm (NZST) on Tuesday, 19th May 2026, at the ABI Showroom, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (Announcement Date).
(c) The winning entries will be drawn by chance from all eligible entries received and each winner will be determined by an employee of the Promoter (the ‘Judge’).

7.2 Draws generally

(a) The Judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw outcome or procedure.
(b) Winners will be notified within 7 days of the relevant draw (including any redraw made in accordance with clause 7.2(d) through the contact details submitted as part of their entries.
(c) The winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published at https://www.abiinteriors.co.nz/events/may-sale-competition from 1:00pm (NZST) on the Announcement Date of the draw for a minimum period of 4 weeks.
(d) If the winner has not redeemed the prize, or is otherwise unable to be contacted, by 12:00 pm (NZST) 14 business days after the Announcement Date, the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be redrawn in the same manner as the original prize draw at 1:00 pm on 9 June 2026 at the ABI Showroom, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.
(e) The redrawn winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published at https://www.abiinteriors.co.nz/events/may-sale-competition from 1:00 pm (NZST) on the date of the redraw for a minimum period of 4 weeks.

8. Promoter’s liability

(a) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize.
(b) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
(c) All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to display the entries on www.abiinteriors.co.nz/may-sale-competition and in any promotional material relating to the competition.
(d) The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from an offender under clause 6 (Prize Conditions) are reserved.
(e) Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
(f) If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to New Zealand regulation.

9. Privacy

(a) The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ), and by entering into the competition, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://www.abiinteriors.co.nz/privacy-policy/.
(b) An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter upon request to the Promoter.
