What Is The Criteria To Join The Display Home Program?

The Authorised Home Builder Program is specifically for New Home Builders looking at fitting out a Display Home with ABI Interiors products and intending to specify for future client builds.


Do You Provide Display Products For Our Showroom?

All display items can be purchased using your unique Authorised Home Builder discount. Please liaise with your relevant contact for any queries regarding catalogue, colour sample or signage.


Can I Shop Through The Website?

All orders must be placed through your relevant contact in order for your discount to be applied. You can either send these through via a Purchase Order, itemised list via email or by using our “wishlist” feature on the ABI website.


What is my discount tier?

Once you have completed the application form, you will be contacted with the relevant discount information.


Do trade accounts receive free shipping?

If your order is over $1,000 you are entitled to free standard shipping. If you need to upgrade to express shipping, the cost of this is calculated based on the overall weight of your order.


Do you have a catalogue available to show clients?

We have both a digital and hardcopy catalogue available for showing clients. We also have colour samples and small display options for use in your client meetings.


How long is the process of setting up an account?

Not long at all! The online form should only take a few minutes to complete, and our staff endeavour to have all accounts processed and responded to within 48 hours.


Do you offer 30-day accounts or is everything paid for in full immediately?

Orders are to be paid for in full prior to dispatch. We have recently introduced ABIPAY powered by Trevi Pay. If you are interested in more information regarding this, please email trade@abiinteriors.com.au
