ABI Interiors Lucky Dip Promotion - Terms and Conditions

a) The Promoter isABI Interiors Limited(NZBN94 290 477 870 63)ofSuite 10074, 17bFarnham Street, Parnell, Auckland 1052, New Zealand–Telephone (61)98010908.

b) The Promoter sells premium fixtures and bath room products inNew Zealand through wholesalers and retail outlets

Entries for the competition commence at 9:00 am (NZST) on 11 April 2026 and close at 4:00 pm (NZST) on 11 April 2026 during the Promoter’s direct-to-consumer promotional event (Promotional Event) at Residium Design + Building Centre, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (Event Location).

a) To be eligible for the competition, an entrant must be an individual over the age of 18 years, a resident in New Zealand and accept these Terms and Conditions.

b) Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating retailers and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

To enter the competition, entrants must:
 

a) entrants must provide an email address and phone number to the Promoter prior to entry; and

b) opt in to ABI marketing (including the ABI newsletter sent out via email and ABI’s SMS marketing).

a) During the Promotional Event, sealed plastic bubbles will be available at a specific station at the Event Location (CompetitionStation).

b) Each sealed plastic bubble will contain a token corresponding to a specific prize (Prize Ticket).

c) The prize drawing will be overseen by an employee of the Promoter (Judge).

d) Each entrant may draw one Prize Ticket from the Competition Station at random.

e) Prizes must be redeemed by the entrant at the drawing.

f) Each entrant may redeem their Prize Ticket immediately by exchanging it for the corresponding prize at the prize wall located at the Competition Station. 

g) If an entrant:

   i) leaves the Competition Station after drawing without redeeming a prize; or

   ii) their Prize Ticket is taken away from the Competition before redemption, 

they will not be entitled to redeem a prize.

h) The Judge’s decisions in relation to the drawing process are final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw outcome or procedure.

Total prize pool value: $4,522.25 made up of the following prizes:

a) 1 x $1000 ABI Gift Voucher;

b) 4 x $100 ABI Gift Vouchers;

c) 10 x $50 ABI Gift Vouchers;

d) 30 x ABI Aprons;

e) 20 x ABI Incense Holder & Subtle Bodies Incense Packs (valued at $45.15 each);

f) 15 x Ashely & Co InSink (valued at $24.95 each);

g) 15 x Ashely & Co BenchPress (valued at $24.95 each); and 

h) 15 x Soothe Tube (Mortar & Pestle) (valued at $29.95 each).

a) Each entrant may enter the promotion only once. Multiple entries are not permitted.

b) No re-draws will be permitted.

c) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

d) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and age) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. 

e) Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. 

f) Incomplete or indecipherable entries (email address and phone number) may be deemed invalid.

a) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize. 

b) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.

c) The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from an offender under clause Error! Reference source not found. (Error! Reference source not found.) are reserved.

d) Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 

e) If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any applicable laws.

a) The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ), and by entering into the Promotional Event, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://www.abiinteriors.co.nz/privacy-policy/.

b) By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to receiving communications from the Promoter at the email address and phone number provided by the entrant.

c) An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter upon request to the Promoter.
