What type of coating is used on this product, is it durable?
Matte black & satin black nickel comes in a durable powdercoated finish - Chrome comes with ABI's advanced electroplating method.
Can this product be used externally / outside?
ABI's warranty does not cover external use due to the coatings being put under much harsher conditions and UV light. This product also has many internal moving parts that would be damaged in the event that water entered inside.
