How to lodge a return

All items must be returned via the original place of purchase.

Step 1. Read and understand the Terms and Conditions.
Step 2. Enter your name, email and order number.
Step 3. Select the items that you wish to return from this order and include a reason. If you are returning multiple orders in the one parcel, you will need to create a return entry for each order #.
Step 4. Acknowledge ABI’s return policy.
Step 5. Once you have submitted your return, you will be emailed a Return Summary PDF. Please print and ensure this is included with all returned items.
Note: Please contact if you would like to amend a back-ordered item or order which has not yet been despatched.
Please send all returns to our New Zealand warehouse via post. We cannot accept return drop-offs, as our warehouse is a 3PL distribution facility with limited customer-facing services.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items in exchange for a refund. Items returned between 30 days and 90 days after the date of purchase, will be eligible to receive a store credit note only.

Ensure you lodge your return via our Returns Portal below.

Delivery costs are non-refundable and return postage is at the expense of the customer.

All items must be in original condition, no writing or damage to the packaging and uninstalled. We recommend all returned items are sent with postal tracking and insurance.

All returns will undergo a quality check upon return to ABI dispatch centre. ABI will email once your return has been processed. Please allow 14 days for this.

The value that is credited is the amount paid after any discounts. Discounts are applied equally over each individual item on the order. ABI does not accept returns on discontinued items.
